[APP][WIP]Galaxy Toolbox - Network unlock, custom bin reset BETA

Thanks to Doky73

here's the most easiest way to unlock network locks in SGY (and some other phones)

The app is still in beta, and time limited...

Current features:
- save backup of /dev/bml15
- unlock all four kind of locks:
------network lock
------subnetwork lock
------SP lock
------CP lock
- reset Custom binary download counter to zero

(Last version 2012.05.13 01:20 CET)

ROOT required !!!

DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK ONLY!!!

- implementing restore bml15 function fully and partial
- implementing bml15 info query on network lock and bin counter
- exception handling, progress checks routines
- device check routines to avoid brick unsupported devices (There are dummies who don't read, but complaining)
